Job Duties
- Answer guest in-room dining calls and chat app orders
- Communicate special requests efficiently to kitchen staff using point-of-sale system
- Coordinate timely delivery of orders by Room Service Servers according to Four Seasons standards
- Assist in setting up carts and guest amenities for service
- Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Support smooth operations in the guest services department
