Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior hospitality or guest service experience preferred
- strong communication skills

- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be 21 years or older
- food handler’s permit required or ability to obtain upon hire
- alcohol server permit required or ability to obtain upon hire
- valid Utah driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Job Qualifications
- Prior hospitality or guest service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to in-room dining and amenity requests via email, phone, and internal communication systems
- deliver in-room amenities throughout the resort in a timely, polished, and guest-focused manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- accommodate last-minute requests with professionalism, flexibility, and efficiency
- track and document all amenity deliveries, ensuring proper billing and record keeping
- assist banquet teams with setup, service, and breakdown of events, including table settings, décor, food service, and beverage support
- maintain polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times while upholding Black Desert Resort’s luxury service standards
- work collaboratively with banquets, culinary, housekeeping, and front office to ensure seamless guest experiences
- follow all food safety, liquor service, and sanitation procedures
- perform additional duties as assigned by Food & Beverage leadership
