Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- bachelor degree in hospitality management business or related field preferred
- at least five years experience in related field preferred
- experience in supervision of team members required
- food service sanitation certification
- alcohol service permit if state required
- CPR certification preferred
- ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical activity including walking standing reaching handling feeling talking hearing and seeing
- ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- strong mathematical and computer skills
- ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
- willingness to exemplify highest standards in honesty integrity humility and leadership
- ability to implement company policies and maintain compliance with legal regulations

Job Duties
- Interview select train supervise counsel and discipline room service amenities and spa cafe staff for efficient operation
- organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings communicating pertinent information to staff
- schedule and direct staff in their work assignments
- maximize department profitability by controlling food beverage and labor costs and monitoring budgets
- maintain par stock levels through inventory calculations ordering receiving and stocking
- evaluate cost effectiveness and implement cost savings and profit enhancement measures
- utilize computer systems for charging customers creating forecasts revenue reports and correspondence
- monitor food quality and service standards and implement improvements
- review and evaluate customer satisfaction and recommend operational policies
- ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and legal regulations
- participate in menu development and cross-selling of hotel outlets
- attend mandatory meetings and participate in manager on duty program
- execute end of day revenue closeouts
- requisition supplies and participate in inventory procedures
- handle associate relations and ensure proper break procedures
- communicate through daily logbook
- perform emergency duties as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
