Job Requirements
- Expect weekend and holiday work

- ability to provide timely and accurate ski equipment handling
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 18 years or older
- physical ability to handle equipment and perform snow removal
- willingness to adhere to company core values and service standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic knowledge of ski equipment is a plus but not required
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service while meeting key customer requirements
- provide timely, accurate placement and retrieval of guest's skis and other related stored equipment
- assist guests with fitting and adjusting Ski Butlers equipment as needed
- assist guests with relevant information regarding resort operations, meeting areas, on-site hotel amenities, transportation and local mountain town knowledge
- set up the next shift and future team members for success
- enhance the overall skier experience
- perform basic ski/snowboard maintenance
- answer face-to-face questions with a positive and inviting tone
- anticipate guest needs
- perform snow removal duties
- work confidently in a fast-paced environment
