Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior sales or customer service experience
  • availability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • pass background and drug screening as required
  • meet eligibility criteria for sales presentations

Job Qualifications

  • Sales or customer service experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
  • persuasive sales skills
  • experience interacting with guests in person or by phone
  • preferred concierge or sales experience
  • ability to meet physical demands of the job

Job Duties

  • Schedule sales presentations
  • manage customer expectations
  • provide the highest level of service to exceed sales presentation and volume production goals
  • ensure eligibility requirements for sales presentation attendees
  • use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
  • welcome and greet guests and anticipate their needs
  • interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests
  • contribute to team goals
  • follow company policies and safety procedures
