Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
sales or customer service experience
able to perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
position may require background and drug screening as per state and local requirements

Job Qualifications

Sales or customer service experience
concierge or sales experience preferred
highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
effective communication and persuasive skills
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
welcomes and greets guests
anticipates and addresses their needs
interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
contributes to team goals
always follows company policies and safety procedures
