Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Successful completion of background and drug screening
- Ability to perform physical activities including reaching, bending, twisting, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
- Must be highly motivated and enjoy interacting with guests
Job Qualifications

- Experience in concierge or sales roles is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Motivated and enthusiastic with a customer-focused approach
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- Ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- Uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- Welcomes and greets guests
- anticipates and addresses their needs
- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contributes to team goals
- Always follows company policies and safety procedures
