Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales or customer service experience
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to interact with guests effectively
- Successful background and drug screening as required
- Physical ability to reach overhead and below knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Ability to interact with guests in person and by phone
- Preferably has concierge or sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- Ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- Uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- Welcomes and greets guests, anticipates and addresses their needs
- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contributes to team goals
- Always follows company policies and safety procedures
