Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to obtain real estate and/or timeshare license
  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred
  • must maintain production standards
  • energetic, outgoing, and tenacious
  • no travel required outside home site area
  • ability to overcome objections and perform within a short luxury sales cycle

  • must have or be able to obtain applicable real estate and/or timeshare license
  • energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality

  • ability to overcome objections in sales process

Job Duties

  • conduct face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers
  • establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and current owners
  • articulate the benefit of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co
  • generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
  • attend ongoing advanced sales and career training
  • maintain production standards
  • overcome objections and perform within a short luxury sales cycle
