Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to obtain real estate and/or timeshare license
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred
- must maintain production standards
- energetic, outgoing, and tenacious
- no travel required outside home site area
- ability to overcome objections and perform within a short luxury sales cycle

Job Duties
- conduct face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers
- establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and current owners
- articulate the benefit of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co
- generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
- attend ongoing advanced sales and career training
- maintain production standards
- overcome objections and perform within a short luxury sales cycle
