Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in Wyndham sales required
  • Proven ability to maintain production standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and tenacious attitude
  • No travel required outside of the home site’s area
  • Ability to overcome objections in a short sales cycle

  • Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle
  • Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations
  • Articulate the benefit of traveling with Wyndham Destinations
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
  • Assist with recruiting, training and managing of all sales new hires
  • Assist with and attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training
