Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year successful sales experience with Club Wyndham and/or WorldMark
  • Strong working knowledge of Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham and Shell Vacations Club
  • Sales management experience preferred
  • Proven track record managing turnover tables
  • Specialist Presenter experience preferred
  • Obtain real estate or timeshare license if applicable
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Ability to interface professionally with all employee levels
  • Work schedule flexibility
  • Travel required

Job Duties

  • Communicate and partner with Site VP, Regional Director of Training, Regional Director of Recruiting, Site Recruiters, HR and site trainers
  • Identify opportunities within training and sales departments to implement positive changes
  • Support Specialist Presenter team for training and compliance
  • Oversee new hire training curriculum delivered in classroom settings using iPads
  • Facilitate 12-week follow-up training and Reunite for Results sessions
  • Manage sales compliance online courses and credit card training in new hire classes
  • Select underperforming sales reps monthly for JumpStart coaching and report outcomes
  • Monitor turnover rates and new hire performance to meet budgeted VPG
  • Keep sites updated on company-approved collateral
  • Act as SME for new technology rollouts and train site leaders and representatives accordingly
