Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year successful sales experience with Club Wyndham and/or WorldMark
- Strong working knowledge of Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham and Shell Vacations Club
- Sales management experience preferred
- Proven track record managing turnover tables
- Specialist Presenter experience preferred
- Obtain real estate or timeshare license if applicable
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus
- Ability to interface professionally with all employee levels
- Work schedule flexibility
- Travel required

Job Duties
- Communicate and partner with Site VP, Regional Director of Training, Regional Director of Recruiting, Site Recruiters, HR and site trainers
- Identify opportunities within training and sales departments to implement positive changes
- Support Specialist Presenter team for training and compliance
- Oversee new hire training curriculum delivered in classroom settings using iPads
- Facilitate 12-week follow-up training and Reunite for Results sessions
- Manage sales compliance online courses and credit card training in new hire classes
- Select underperforming sales reps monthly for JumpStart coaching and report outcomes
- Monitor turnover rates and new hire performance to meet budgeted VPG
- Keep sites updated on company-approved collateral
- Act as SME for new technology rollouts and train site leaders and representatives accordingly
