- 4+ years of vacation ownership sales experience
- 1+ years in a leadership position
- proficiency in MS Office applications
- strong interpersonal and supervisory capabilities
- bilingual Spanish speaking

- excellent verbal and written communication
- detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
