Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Background and drug screening in accordance with company policy
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to interact with guests in person and by phone
  • Experience in concierge, telemarketing, or sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership experience or potential
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs
  • Provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances, recommend any additional training needed
  • Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
  • Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
  • Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
  • Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • Contribute to team goals
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures
