Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Background and drug screening in accordance with company policy
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to interact with guests in person and by phone
- Experience in concierge, telemarketing, or sales preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership experience or potential
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs
- Provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances, recommend any additional training needed
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
