Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication skills
  • customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • knowledge of local area and concierge services is a plus
  • basic computer skills
  • proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Job Qualifications

  • sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • serve as a positive, professional brand ambassador representing Hilton Grand Vacations
  • act as a concierge offering local information to enhance the guest experience
  • collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of incoming guests
  • greet and present prospective customers incentivizing them to attend a sales preview tour
  • screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
  • schedule sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
  • attend training sessions and department meetings to stay up-to-date on marketing materials and industry trends
