Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to greet and present to prospective customers incentivizing them to attend a sales presentation in line with company policies compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- ability to meet performance goals related to sales tour attendance and reservations

- willingness to collaborate effectively with resort staff
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- serve as a positive professional brand ambassador representing Hilton Grand Vacations
- act as a concierge offering local information to enhance the guest experience
- collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of incoming guests
- greet and present prospective customers incentivizing them to attend a sales preview tour
- screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
- schedule sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
- attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings
- stay up-to-date on marketing materials industry trends and review performance goals regularly
