Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous sales or customer service experience
  • availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • able to undergo background and drug screening
  • able to perform physical tasks including reaching overhead and below knees
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • strong motivation and interpersonal skills

  • concierge or sales experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
  • provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
  • ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
  • uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
  • welcomes and greets guests
  • anticipates and addresses their needs
  • interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • contributes to team goals
  • always follows company policies and safety procedures
