Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • successful completion of background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements
  • able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior sales or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to use persuasive sales techniques
  • attentive to guest needs
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
  • enjoys interacting with guests in person or by phone
  • concierge and/or sales experience preferred
  • able to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • knowledge of hospitality industry a plus
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
  • provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
  • ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
  • uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
  • welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
  • interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • contributes to team goals
  • always follows company policies and safety procedures
