Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • two years marketing experience primarily in vacation ownership industry
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to effectively coach, counsel and motivate direct reports
  • ability to recruit, train and develop employees
  • ability to lead by example
  • detail oriented and accurate
  • demonstrated problem solving ability
  • working knowledge of marketing databases
  • ability to efficiently multitask
  • ability to negotiate effectively
  • provide exceptional customer service
  • ability to carry out responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws
  • maintain up to date knowledge on all company systems such as Mainframe, Focus and CRS

Job Duties

  • Direct supervision of In-House Marketing staff including interviewing, hiring, and training associates
  • plan, assign and direct work
  • conduct performance reviews
  • motivate, reward, and provide disciplinary action including termination and conflict resolution
  • maintain total site marketing penetration standards set by management
  • run daily reports such as Daily Arrival Report, Daily In-House Report, Owner Arrival report
  • prepare daily and weekly status reports including Show factors and Penetration rates for corporate deadlines
  • coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and flow
  • coordinate with sales on new/changes in marketing programs including booking/gifting policies
  • maintain copies of invitations and daily tour manifests
  • resolve issues related to tour statuses, bookings, and coding
  • order and maintain departmental supplies including collateral material and uniforms
  • perform other duties as assigned
