Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Two years marketing experience primarily in vacation ownership industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach, counsel, and motivate direct reports
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge of marketing databases
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to follow company policies and applicable laws
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of company systems such as Mainframe, Focus, and CRS

Job Qualifications

  • Familiarity with company systems such as Mainframe, Focus, and CRS

Job Duties

  • Direct supervision of in-house marketing staff including interviewing, hiring, and training associates
  • Plan, assign and direct work activities
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide motivation, rewards, or disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Maintain marketing penetration standards and prepare daily and weekly status reports
  • Coordinate marketing programs with sales management regarding tour seats and booking policies
  • Maintain copies of invitations and daily tour manifests
  • Resolve issues related to tour statuses, bookings, and maintain departmental supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
