Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two years marketing experience primarily in vacation ownership industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coach, counsel, and motivate direct reports
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Effective negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of marketing databases
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees
- Detail oriented
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable laws
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Maintain up to date knowledge of company systems such as Mainframe, Focus, and CRS
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Direct supervision of in-house marketing staff including interviewing, hiring, and training associates
- Plan, assign and direct work activities
- Conduct performance reviews and provide motivation, rewards, or disciplinary actions when necessary
- Maintain marketing penetration standards and prepare daily and weekly status reports
- Coordinate marketing programs with sales management regarding tour seats and booking policies
- Maintain copies of invitations and daily tour manifests
- Resolve issues related to tour statuses, bookings, and maintain departmental supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
