Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience
- Ability to handle multiple appointments daily
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive sales training
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a five-day work week with occasional reduced weekend hours

Job Duties
- Conduct sales consultations with pre-set qualified appointments
- Educate homeowners on the benefits and financial advantages of residential solar power
- Guide clients through the sales process ensuring clarity and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate installation and service delivery
- Continuously update knowledge on solar industry trends and company offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
