- Meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
- At least 1 year of child care experience beyond friends and family
- Experience with children from infant to 12 years old

Job Duties
- Care for infant to school-aged children in their own homes - no transporting kids or household chores required
- Engage children in hands-on activities tailored to their interests and needs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care
- Comply with all applicable immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training
- Provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery and services per Bright Horizons policies
- Maintain open communication with families regarding child care and developmental progress
- Follow state and company guidelines and regulations to protect children and yourself
