Job Requirements
- 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- willingness to undergo background checks and training
- physical ability to assist with personal care and light housekeeping tasks
- strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- commitment to providing compassionate and respectful care
Job Qualifications
- kind and compassionate demeanor
- dependable and trustworthy
- comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- ability to communicate effectively
- CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not required
- prior caregiving experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Job Duties
