Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Valid driver’s license and insured car
- Previous care experience preferred including caring for your own family
- Willingness to work part-time or full-time schedules
- Ability to perform personal care activities and light housekeeping
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care

Job Duties
- Performing personal care activities that assist patients with activities of daily living
- Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
- Taking clients on errands or to medical appointments
- Assisting with ambulation and transfers
- Performing light housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, loading dishwasher, changing sheets, and doing laundry
- Assisting with personal hygiene and dressing
- Providing patient-specific care activities such as medication reminders and exercises
