Job Duties
- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing toileting and dressing
- Offer companionship and engage in conversation with clients
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Provide incidental transportation to appointments and help with errands
- Maintain client dignity and respect in all interactions
- Follow care plans and report client progress
- Communicate effectively with clients families and care team
