Job Requirements
- minimum age of 20
- valid passport
- legal authorization to work in the US
- minimum 2 years flight attendant experience
- flexibility for variable shifts including day, night, weekend, and holiday assignments
- ability to lead and mentor a team
- readiness to attend required training
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
- legally authorized to work in the US
- possess a valid passport
- experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
- coordinate cabin activities and manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations professionally
- ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- uphold Breeze Airways' 'Seriously Nice' service standards
- lead crews on a variety of routes including transcontinental flights
- participate in paid leadership and A220 transition training
