Job Requirements

  • Be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • hold a valid passport
  • have minimum 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • availability to work flexible and variable schedules including day, night, weekend, and holidays
  • willingness to attend paid leadership and transition training

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • valid passport
  • experience operating on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead onboard service operations and ensure 'Seriously Nice' service standard
  • mentor and supervise new-hire flight attendants
  • coordinate cabin activities and manage in-flight service and sales
  • handle passenger escalations and resolve issues
  • oversee premium cabin service delivery
  • collaborate with flight crew to ensure safety and service efficiency
  • participate in training and development programs
