Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the united states
  • hold a valid passport
  • willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to attend paid leadership and aircraft transition training
  • capable of handling variable routes including transcontinental flights

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
  • strong customer service and hospitality skills
  • experience with Airbus A220 or similar aircraft is a plus
  • ability to mentor and lead teams effectively
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • lead the in-flight cabin crew and coordinate service activities
  • manage in-flight sales and service delivery
  • mentor and train new-hire flight attendants
  • ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory procedures
  • handle passenger escalations and resolve issues effectively
  • maintain the airline's "Seriously Nice" premium cabin service standards
  • support transcontinental flight operations and varied schedules
