Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • valid passport
  • legally authorized to work in the united states
  • minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • able to handle passenger escalations and maintain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • familiarity with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • valid passport required
  • ability to work flexible schedules including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor flight attendants on board
  • coordinate cabin crew activities and in-flight service
  • manage passenger escalations and resolve issues promptly
  • oversee premium cabin service to meet 'Seriously Nice' standards
  • ensure adherence to all safety protocols during flights
  • train and support new-hire flight attendants
  • manage in-flight sales and customer interaction
