Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • able to work flexible schedules including day, night, weekend, and holidays
  • prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
  • experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is advantageous

Job Duties

  • lead cabin service on board flights
  • coordinate cabin activities and manage in-flight service and sales
  • handle passenger escalations and resolve issues
  • mentor new-hire flight attendants and provide on-the-job training
  • ensure compliance with all safety regulations and service standards
  • maintain the airline’s ‘Seriously Nice’ premium cabin service standard
  • support the leadership team with operational duties during flights
