Job Requirements
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
- able to work flexible schedules including day, night, weekend, and holidays
- prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
- experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is advantageous

Job Duties
- lead cabin service on board flights
- coordinate cabin activities and manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations and resolve issues
- mentor new-hire flight attendants and provide on-the-job training
- ensure compliance with all safety regulations and service standards
- maintain the airline’s ‘Seriously Nice’ premium cabin service standard
- support the leadership team with operational duties during flights
