Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • hold a valid US passport
  • able to work variable schedule including day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
  • minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • capable of handling passenger escalations
  • willing to attend paid leadership and A220 transition training

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • valid US passport
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • experience with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • strong leadership and mentorship abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor flight attendants on the Airbus A220 fleet
  • coordinate cabin activities and manage in-flight service and sales
  • handle passenger escalations and resolve issues professionally
  • ensure adherence to safety protocols and company service standards
  • provide on-the-job training and support to new hires
  • manage premium cabin service delivery to uphold the 'Seriously Nice' standard
  • collaborate with flight crew to maintain smooth operations on board
