Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Hold a valid passport
- Minimum of two years flight attendant experience
- Prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- Full flexibility to work variable schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work on transcontinental routes including leadership of diverse crew teams
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years flight attendant experience
- Prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
- Experience with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and valid passport
Job Duties
- Lead and manage in-flight cabin operations and crew
- Mentor and provide on-the-job training to new flight attendants
- Coordinate premium cabin service ensuring the 'Seriously Nice' standard
- Handle passenger escalations and resolve in-flight issues
- Manage in-flight sales and service activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and airline policies
- Collaborate with leadership to promote team efficiency and morale
