Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Hold a valid passport
  • Minimum of two years flight attendant experience
  • Prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • Full flexibility to work variable schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work on transcontinental routes including leadership of diverse crew teams

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years flight attendant experience
  • Prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
  • Experience with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and valid passport

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage in-flight cabin operations and crew
  • Mentor and provide on-the-job training to new flight attendants
  • Coordinate premium cabin service ensuring the 'Seriously Nice' standard
  • Handle passenger escalations and resolve in-flight issues
  • Manage in-flight sales and service activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and airline policies
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote team efficiency and morale
