Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • minimum two years of flight attendant experience required
  • prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
  • flexibility to work variable shifts including day, night, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to undergo paid leadership and A220 transition training

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of two years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • familiarity with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • valid passport holder

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor flight attendants on board
  • coordinate all cabin activities during flights
  • manage in-flight service and sales operations
  • handle passenger escalations and resolve issues
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • uphold the airline's Seriously Nice service standards
  • conduct on-the-job training and mentorship for new crew members
