Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • legally authorized to work in the united states
  • must be at least 20 years old
  • valid passport
  • availability for flexible schedules including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • willingness to lead crews on various routes including transcontinental flights

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years experience as a flight attendant
  • prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the united states
  • hold a valid passport
  • experience on the airbus a220 or e-jet aircraft is a plus

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
  • coordinate all in-flight cabin activities
  • manage in-flight service and sales
  • handle passenger escalations professionally
  • ensure that the "Seriously Nice" service standard is met on every flight
  • oversee safety and regulatory compliance on board
  • provide on-the-job guidance and support to crew members
