Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- legally authorized to work in the united states
- must be at least 20 years old
- valid passport
- availability for flexible schedules including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- willingness to lead crews on various routes including transcontinental flights
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years experience as a flight attendant
- prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the united states
- hold a valid passport
- experience on the airbus a220 or e-jet aircraft is a plus
Job Duties
- lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
- coordinate all in-flight cabin activities
- manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations professionally
- ensure that the "Seriously Nice" service standard is met on every flight
- oversee safety and regulatory compliance on board
- provide on-the-job guidance and support to crew members
