- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold valid passport
- at least 20 years old
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- flexibility for variable schedule
- ability to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

- experience on A220 or E-Jet aircraft a plus

Job Duties
- coordinate cabin activities
- manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations
- provide on-the-job mentorship to crew
- ensure safety protocols are followed
- lead and inspire flight attendants
- maintain 'Seriously Nice' service standards
