Job Requirements

  • at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • flexible availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • ability to handle leadership roles and passenger issues on board
  • prior purser or leadership experience is highly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • experience with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft considered a plus
  • valid passport
  • legal authorization to work in the US
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to lead and mentor cabin crew effectively

Job Duties

  • lead in-flight cabin activities and service
  • mentor and provide on-the-job training to new flight attendants
  • manage passenger escalations and resolve conflicts
  • coordinate in-flight service and sales operations
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • maintain the ‘Seriously Nice’ premium cabin service standard
  • support transcontinental and variable flight schedules
