Job Requirements
- at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
- flexible availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to handle leadership roles and passenger issues on board
- prior purser or leadership experience is highly preferred
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- experience with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft considered a plus
- valid passport
- legal authorization to work in the US
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to lead and mentor cabin crew effectively
Job Duties
- lead in-flight cabin activities and service
- mentor and provide on-the-job training to new flight attendants
- manage passenger escalations and resolve conflicts
- coordinate in-flight service and sales operations
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- maintain the ‘Seriously Nice’ premium cabin service standard
- support transcontinental and variable flight schedules
