Job Requirements
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the us
- hold a valid passport
- minimum 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- flexible to work variable schedules including day, night, weekend, and holidays

- ability to mentor and lead crew members
- knowledge of a220 or e-jet aircraft a plus
Job Duties
- lead onboard service as the purser
- coordinate cabin activities and manage in-flight service
- mentor new-hire flight attendants
- handle passenger escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- manage sales and premium cabin service standards
- oversee crew operations during flights
