Job Requirements
- at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- minimum of two years of flight attendant experience
- able to work flexible schedules including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- physically fit to perform flight attendant duties
- excellent communication skills
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred

Job Duties
- lead and mentor flight attendant crew during flights
- manage in-flight service and sales
- coordinate cabin activities
- handle passenger escalations and resolve issues
- ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulatory compliance
- promote the 'Seriously Nice' service standard
- oversee premium cabin service delivery
