Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • minimum of two years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
  • availability for variable schedules including weekend and holiday shifts
  • ability to attend and complete paid leadership and A220 transition training

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of two years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • knowledge of Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft operations is a plus
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • valid passport

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor a team of flight attendants
  • coordinate cabin activities and manage in-flight service and sales
  • handle passenger escalations and resolve issues professionally
  • ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • oversee premium cabin service standards
  • support new-hire training and development
  • manage variable flight schedules including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
