Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Hold a valid passport
- Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- Flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Able to attend paid leadership and A220 transition training
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of flight attendant experience
- Prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- Experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Hold a valid passport
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to mentor and lead teams effectively
Job Duties
- Coordinate cabin activities on board
- Manage in-flight service and sales
- Handle passenger escalations
- Provide on-the-job mentorship to crew members
- Ensure the 'Seriously Nice' service standard is met on every flight
- Lead crews on various routes including transcontinental flights
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
