Job Requirements
- Be at least 20 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- minimum two years flight attendant experience
- flexible to work variable schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to lead crew and manage passenger relations
- willing to complete leadership and A220 training
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior purser or leadership experience preferred
- legally authorized to work in the US
- valid passport holder
- familiarity with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft a plus
- strong leadership and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Serve as lead flight attendant and mentor for new hires
- coordinate in-flight service and cabin activities
- manage passenger issues and escalations
- ensure compliance with safety and service standards
- lead the 'Nicest' premium cabin service
- oversee in-flight sales operations
- provide leadership during all phases of flight
