Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the us
  • hold a valid passport
  • minimum 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to successfully complete paid leadership and A220 transition training
  • experience with A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • prior purser or leadership experience preferred
  • valid passport
  • familiarity with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • at least 20 years old

Job Duties

  • lead cabin crew and coordinate in-flight service activities
  • manage passenger escalations and ensure safety compliance
  • mentor newly hired flight attendants
  • deliver premium 'Seriously Nice' service standards
  • oversee sales and service in the cabin
  • communicate effectively with flight deck and ground teams
  • ensure compliance with all aviation regulations
