Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the us
  • hold a valid passport
  • minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • ability to attend paid leadership and aircraft transition training

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
  • experience with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • must be at least 20 years old
  • valid passport required
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • lead and supervise the in-flight service team
  • coordinate cabin activities during flights
  • manage in-flight sales and service
  • handle passenger escalations and resolve conflicts
  • mentor and train new-hire flight attendants
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • maintain the 'Seriously Nice' service culture on every flight
