Job Requirements
- At least 20 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- minimum 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
- flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor flight attendant crew on board
- coordinate cabin activities and in-flight service
- manage in-flight sales and customer interactions
- handle passenger escalations professionally
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and company service standards
- provide on-the-job training and support to new hires
- maintain the "Seriously Nice" premium cabin service standard
