Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • flexible availability including day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
  • ability to lead and manage in-flight teams
  • prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • familiarity with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft a plus
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to lead and mentor a diverse team
  • legal authorization to work in the US
  • valid passport

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
  • coordinate cabin activities and manage in-flight service and sales
  • handle passenger escalations with professionalism
  • ensure the 'Seriously Nice' premium service standard is consistently met
  • oversee standard safety duties and compliance
  • provide on-the-job training and support for crew members
  • communicate effectively with flight crew and ground staff
