Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- flexible availability including day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
- ability to lead and manage in-flight teams
- prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- familiarity with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft a plus
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to lead and mentor a diverse team
- legal authorization to work in the US
- valid passport
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
- coordinate cabin activities and manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations with professionalism
- ensure the 'Seriously Nice' premium service standard is consistently met
- oversee standard safety duties and compliance
- provide on-the-job training and support for crew members
- communicate effectively with flight crew and ground staff
