Job Requirements

  • At least 20 years of age
  • Legal authorization to work in the US
  • Valid passport
  • Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible and variable schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • Prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
  • Experience working on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid passport and legal authorization to work in the US

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
  • Coordinate cabin activities during flights
  • Manage in-flight service and sales
  • Handle passenger escalations effectively
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Execute the company’s ‘Seriously Nice’ premium cabin service
  • Oversee the overall customer experience on board
