Job Requirements
- At least 20 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Valid passport
- Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible and variable schedules
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
- Prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
- Experience working on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid passport and legal authorization to work in the US
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
- Coordinate cabin activities during flights
- Manage in-flight service and sales
- Handle passenger escalations effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Execute the company’s ‘Seriously Nice’ premium cabin service
- Oversee the overall customer experience on board
