Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • willing to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to attend paid leadership and A220 transition training
  • minimum 2 years flight attendant experience required
  • prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • experience on A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • ability to handle passenger escalations professionally
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • valid passport

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
  • coordinate cabin activities during flights
  • manage in-flight service and sales
  • handle passenger escalations effectively
  • ensure the 'Seriously Nice' premium cabin service standard is met
  • provide on-the-job mentorship to crew members
  • maintain safety and compliance with airline regulations
