Job Requirements
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- willing to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to attend paid leadership and A220 transition training
- minimum 2 years flight attendant experience required
- prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- experience on A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- legally authorized to work in the US
- ability to handle passenger escalations professionally
- strong leadership and communication skills
- valid passport
Job Duties
- lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
- coordinate cabin activities during flights
- manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations effectively
- ensure the 'Seriously Nice' premium cabin service standard is met
- provide on-the-job mentorship to crew members
- maintain safety and compliance with airline regulations
