Job Requirements
- at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- minimum two years of flight attendant experience
- availability for variable work schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lead and mentor cabin crew
- willingness to work on transcontinental routes
Job Qualifications
- minimum two years of flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- legally authorized to work in the US
- valid passport
- experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- strong customer service and leadership skills
Job Duties
- lead cabin crew during flights
- coordinate in-flight service and sales
- manage passenger escalations
- mentor and train new flight attendants
