Job Requirements

High school graduation or acquisition of a GED
any combination of work experience in a related field
or equivalent training, education, and/or experience
valid South Carolina driver’s license

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
experience in food preparation or related field preferred
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to operate kitchen equipment and tools
basic computer skills including data entry and email communication
strong organizational skills
ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes

Job Duties

Prepare and package food according to recipes and airline specifications
follow safety and health procedures during food preparation
receive and store food supplies and equipment in proper conditions
maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage areas, and equipment
process and complete department documentation and reports
operate kitchen and office equipment including pallet jacks, mixers, ovens, and computers
ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food regulations
