Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in international freight forwarding
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to commute to Jamaica, NY 11434

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of import (ocean & air) shipment arrangements for a designated portfolio of accounts
- Provide customer service and coordinate shipment authorizations
- Track cargo and issue arrival notices
- Verify buying/selling rate and billing
- Ensure timely delivery follow-up
