Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in international freight forwarding
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to commute to Jamaica, NY 11434

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of import (ocean & air) shipment arrangements for a designated portfolio of accounts
  • Provide customer service and coordinate shipment authorizations
  • Track cargo and issue arrival notices
  • Verify buying/selling rate and billing
  • Ensure timely delivery follow-up
