Job Requirements

  • Four-year BS/BA degree preferred but not required
  • at least two years experience handling import trafficking with freight forwarder or broker
  • two to three years experience in customer service
  • ability to work in fast paced office environment
  • good communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • strong organizational skills
  • positive teamwork attitude
  • proficiency with MS Office applications
  • no relocation or immigration assistance offered

Job Duties

  • Coordinate import trafficking functions
  • perform data entry and document distribution for customer air shipments
  • receive and log shipment documents
  • confirm compliance with U.S. Customs requirements
  • process all shipment documents accordingly
  • coordinate cargo availability
  • arrange pickup and delivery logistics
  • finalize billing and distribute necessary shipment documents
  • review daily monitoring reports
  • ensure all measurement standards are met
  • proactively report any non-conformances
  • maintain and update operational tables
  • assist with accounting issues
  • conduct RFI and RFQ as required
  • ensure prompt and accurate communication
